§ 214-12. Section 214:12 Penalty for False Receipt or Certificate and for False Statements.

Whoever makes any false statement for the purpose of procuring a license shall be guilty of a violation and the person's license may be revoked for a period not exceeding 3 months. All fines collected for violation of the provisions of this section shall be deposited in the fish and game fund.
