§ 205-D-11. Section 205-D:11 Expiration and Renewal.
I. All licenses issued by the office shall expire in accordance with RSA 310. II. Persons licensed as installers are eligible for renewal of their licenses if they: (a) Are not in violation of this chapter; (b) Meet any requirements for continuing education established by the board in rules adopted pursuant to RSA 541-A; and (c) Submit evidence that a surety bond required under RSA 205-D:9 is in force.
