§ 126-A-45. Section 126-A:45 Support by the State.
I. Any person transferred to the New Hampshire hospital under RSA 135:17 for observations as to sanity under court order shall be at state expense for the observation period only. II. Any patient or resident of such institutions defined in RSA 126-A:34 or patient receiving care, treatment, or maintenance at the direction of the commissioner who has no means of support and no person chargeable for the patient's or resident's support shall be supported by the state.
