§ 86.279. “Distribution” defined

As used in NRS 86.279 to 86.351 , inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “ distribution ” means a direct or indirect transfer of money or property, other than its own member's

interests, or the incurrence of indebtedness, by a limited-liability company to or

for the benefit of all holders of any one or more classes or series of its members'

interests with respect to such interests or as otherwise provided in the articles

of organization or operating agreement.
