§ 68.010. Abstract of judgment
The justice, on demand of a party in whose favor judgment is rendered, must give the
party an abstract of the judgment in substantially the following form (filling blanks
according to the facts): State of Nevada, ________________ County, ________________, plaintiff, v. ________________, defendant. In Justice Court, before ________________, Justice of the Peace, ________________ Township (or City), _____ County, ________________ (inserting date of abstract).
