§ 636.0211. “Optometric telemedicine” defined
“ Optometric telemedicine ” means the use of telehealth, as defined in NRS 629.515 , by a licensee who is located at a distant site to deliver health care services to
a patient who is located at an originating site. The term includes, without limitation, synchronous optometric telemedicine and asynchronous
optometric telemedicine.
