§ 633.283. Board required to notify Division of Public and Behavioral Health of Department of Health and Human Services upon identification of certain sentinel events; confidentiality of information

1. The Board shall immediately notify the Division of Public and Behavioral Health

of the Department of Health and Human Services if the Board identifies a sentinel

event which is required to be reported by a medical facility pursuant to NRS 439.835 . 2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 239.0115 , any information provided to the Division of Public and Behavioral Health pursuant

to this section relating to the identification of a sentinel event is confidential,

not subject to subpoena or discovery and not subject to inspection by the general

public.
