§ 632.122. Acceptance of gifts, grants and payments; contracts

The Board may: 1. Accept gifts or grants of money to pay for the costs of administering the provisions

of this chapter. 2. Enter into contracts with other public agencies and accept payment from those agencies

to pay the expenses incurred by the Board in carrying out the provisions of this chapter

relating to nursing assistant trainees, nursing assistants and medication aides--certified.
