§ 630.371. Performance of laser surgery on eye

Laser surgery or intense pulsed light therapy on the globe of the eye of a patient

may be performed only by a licensed physician who has completed a program of progressive

postgraduate education in ophthalmology as a resident in the United States or Canada

in a program approved by the Board, the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical

Education or the Council on Medical Education of the Canadian Medical Association.
