§ 628B.910. Administrative fines; limitation
1. In addition to any other remedy or penalty, the Commissioner may impose an administrative
fine of not more than $10,000 per violation upon a person who violates any provision
of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto. 2. The maximum total fine that the Commissioner may impose on any person pursuant
to this section with respect to the same or similar actions or series of actions which
constitute the violations must not exceed the greater of $250,000 or 125 percent of
the monetary value of all losses incurred by the private professional guardian company
and its protected persons as the direct or indirect result of such violations.
