§ 625A.040. Meetings: Frequency; quorum; compliance with Open Meeting Law

1. The Board shall hold at least two meetings annually and may meet at other times

on the call of the Chair or a majority of its members. 2. A majority of the Board constitutes a quorum to transact all business. 3. The Board shall comply with the provisions of chapter 241 of NRS and all meetings

of the Board must be conducted in accordance with that chapter.
