§ 623A.290. Complaint against holder of certificate: Contents; filing
1. The Board, any member of the Board or any other person who becomes aware that any
one or more of the grounds for initiating disciplinary action may exist as to a holder
of a certificate of registration or certificate to practice as a landscape architect
intern may file a complaint specifying the relative facts with the Executive Director
of the Board. 2. A complaint must be made in writing and be signed and verified by the person making
it.
