1. The insurer may not, in accepting responsibility for any charges, use fee schedules
which unfairly discriminate among physicians and chiropractic physicians. 2. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 616C.087 , if a physician or chiropractic physician is removed from the panel established pursuant
to NRS 616C.090 or from participation in a plan for managed care established pursuant to NRS 616B.527 , the physician or chiropractic physician, as applicable, must not be paid for any
services rendered to the injured employee after the date of the removal.
