§ 604C.170. “Resolution date” defined

“ Resolution date ” means the date upon which: 1. A consumer, or a person on behalf of a consumer, delivers to a consumer litigation

company an amount of money equivalent to the funded amount plus any agreed upon charges;

or 2. The legal claim of a consumer is lost or abandoned.
