§ 598.9737. Elements of translated contract or agreement permitted to be retained in English

A translation that is required pursuant to NRS 598.9733 or 598.9735 , if applicable, may retain the following elements of the executed English language

contract or agreement or disclosure, if applicable, without translation: 1. Names and titles of persons; 2. Addresses; 3. Brand names; 4. Trade names; 5. Trademarks; 6. Registered service marks; 7. Full or abbreviated designations of the make and model of goods or services; 8. Alphanumeric codes, numerals, dollar amounts expressed in numerals and dates;

and 9. Individual words or expressions that do not have a generally accepted non-English

translation.
