§ 582.026. Enforcement of chapter: Authority to obtain restraining order or temporary or permanent injunction
The State Sealer of Measurement Standards may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction
for a restraining order, or a temporary or permanent injunction, restraining a person
from violating any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant thereto.
