§ 539.487. Annual publication of district financial statement
On or before the first Tuesday of September of each year the board of directors of
each irrigation district shall publish in at least one issue of some newspaper published
in the county where the office of the district is located a full, true and correct
statement of the financial condition of the district on the first day of that year,
giving a statement of all liabilities and assets of the district.
