§ 539.103. Director not to be employed by district as engineer, watermaster or manager

1. No director shall, during the director’s term of office, be employed by the district

as district engineer, watermaster or manager. 2. This section shall not be construed as depriving the board of the right and power

to appoint a committee or committees to act for the board whenever and wherever necessary

to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
