§ 533.105. Use of data compiled by United States Geological Survey or other persons
United States Geological Survey or other persons, the State Engineer may dispense
with the execution of such surveys and the preparation of such maps and stream measurements,
except insofar as is necessary to prepare them to conform with the rules and regulations,
as provided in NRS 533.100 .
