§ 501.105. Commission to establish policies and adopt regulations

The Commission shall establish policies and adopt regulations necessary to the preservation,

protection, management and restoration of wildlife and its habitat. In establishing such policies and adopting such regulations, the Commission must

first consider the recommendations of the Department, the county advisory boards to

manage wildlife and other persons who present their views at an open meeting of the

Commission.
