§ 484D.420. Mudguards
Every truck, truck-tractor, trailer, semitrailer or combination of those vehicles
having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight rating of 26,000 pounds or more, when
operated upon a highway, must be equipped with mudguards suspended behind its rear
wheels.
