§ 484A.7031. Civil infraction citation serves as complaint for initiating civil case
A civil infraction citation, when filed with a court of competent jurisdiction, shall
be deemed to be a lawful complaint for the purpose of initiating a civil case pursuant
to NRS 484A.703 to 484A.705 , inclusive, if the civil infraction citation includes information whose truthfulness
is attested as required for a complaint in a civil case or is prepared electronically.
