§ 483.090. “Motor vehicle” defined
“ Motor vehicle ” means every vehicle which is self-propelled, and every vehicle which is propelled
by electric power obtained from overhead trolley wires but not operated upon rails. “ Motor vehicle ” includes a moped. The term does not include an electric bicycle or an electric scooter, as defined
in NRS 482.0295 .
