§ 482.134. “Utility trailer” defined
“Utility trailer” means a vehicle, without motive power, designed to carry property
or passengers wholly on its own structure, and to be drawn by a motor vehicle. It may not exceed 8 feet in width nor 3,500 pounds in weight.
