§ 463B.270. Limitation on personal liability of supervisor

A supervisor is not personally liable for: 1. Any secured or unsecured debt of the gaming establishment incurred before, during

or after the supervisor’s appointment. 2. Any penalty which may be assessed against a former licensee for the supervisor’s

failure to pay or the late payment of any license fee or tax levied pursuant to chapter 463 of NRS . 3. Any act or omission made by the supervisor in the exercise of prudent business

judgment or pursuant to an order of any court.
