§ 459.842. Enforcement by Department; delegation of responsibility
The Department shall enforce the provisions of NRS 459.800 to 459.856 , inclusive, or any regulations adopted pursuant to those sections, but may delegate
responsibility for enforcing those provisions to suitably qualified agencies of the
political subdivisions of this State.
