§ 459.832. Regulations of Commission: Closure, removal, disposal and management of storage tanks

The Commission shall adopt regulations: 1. Establishing requirements for the closure of a storage tank or the removal or disposal

of a storage tank to prevent future releases of regulated substances into the environment;

and 2. Setting forth a plan for the management of storage tanks in the entire State.
