§ 450B.199. “Emergency medical provider” defined
As used in this section and NRS 450B.1993 and 450B.1996 , unless the context otherwise requires, “ emergency medical provider ” means an emergency medical technician, advanced emergency medical technician or
paramedic who is certified pursuant to this chapter.
