§ 449.132. Inspection of medical facility, facility for the dependent or other facility required to be licensed by Division of Public and Behavioral Health and Aging and Disability Services Division

Every medical facility, facility for the dependent or facility which is required by

the regulations adopted by the Board pursuant to NRS 449.0303 to be licensed may be inspected at any time, with or without notice, as often as

is necessary by: 1. The Division of Public and Behavioral Health to ensure compliance with all applicable

regulations and standards; and 2. Any person designated by the Aging and Disability Services Division of the Department

of Health and Human Services to investigate complaints made against the facility.
