§ 432B.255. Admissibility of evidence

In any proceeding resulting from a report made or action taken pursuant to the provisions

of NRS 432B.220 , 432B.230 or 432B.340 or in any proceeding where such report or the contents thereof is sought to be introduced

in evidence, such report or contents or any other fact or facts related thereto or

to the condition of the child who is the subject of the report shall not be excluded

on the ground that the matter would otherwise be privileged against disclosure under

chapter 49 of NRS.
