§ 427A.100. Custody and disbursement of money by State Treasurer
1. The State Treasurer is designated as custodian of all moneys received from the
Federal Government for carrying out the purposes of this chapter or any agreements,
arrangements or plans authorized thereby. 2. The State Treasurer shall make disbursements from such funds and from all state
funds available for the purposes of this chapter upon certification by the designated
official of the Division.
