§ 415A.100. “Health practitioner” defined

“ Health practitioner ” means: 1. A provider of health care, as that term is defined in NRS 629.031 ; 2. Any other individual licensed to provide health care pursuant to the provisions

of Title 54 of NRS; or 3. An individual licensed in the professions under the laws of another state to provide

health or veterinary services.
