§ 412.302. Records of nonjudicial punishment

The Adjutant General may, by Office regulation, prescribe the form of records to be

kept of proceedings under NRS 412.286 to 412.302 , inclusive, and may also prescribe that certain categories of those proceedings must

be in writing.
