§ 412.068. Adjutant General as Director of Office
1. The Office is under the supervision and control of the Adjutant General, who shall
also serve as Director of the Office. 2. The Adjutant General is responsible for the performance of the duties imposed upon
the Office, and for such other duties as may be prescribed by this chapter or by the
Governor.
