§ 408.3888. Certain submittals confidential until notice of intent to award contract is issued
1. Any document or other information submitted to the Department in response to a
design-build project initiated pursuant to NRS 408.3881 by a person who is a member of a design-build team seeking a design-build contract
pursuant to NRS 408.3875 to 408.3888 , inclusive, is confidential and may not be disclosed until notice of intent to award
the contract is issued. 2. As used in this section, the term “ document or other information ” means any submittal by a person who is a member of a design-build team to the Department
in response to a design-build project initiated pursuant to NRS 408.3881 and includes, without limitation, a preliminary proposal made pursuant to NRS 408.3883 , a statement that the person satisfies the requirements of NRS 408.3884 and a final proposal submitted pursuant to NRS 408.3886 .
