§ 396.9615. “Gift aid” defined
“ Gift aid ” means a federal Pell grant, a Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant,
a Governor Guinn Millennium Scholarship awarded pursuant to NRS 396.911 to 396.945 , inclusive, or a grant awarded under the Silver State Opportunity Grant Program pursuant
to NRS 396.950 to 396.960 , inclusive, received by a student.
