§ 396.938. Development of plan to direct other financial aid to students who are not eligible for Millennium Scholarships
The Board of Regents shall develop a plan to direct a significant portion of other
available financial aid to culturally disadvantaged or at-risk students, and students
who graduated from high school before May 1, 2000, who wish to attend college and
have the potential to be successful, but who do not otherwise meet the eligibility
requirements for Millennium Scholarships.
