§ 389.033. Development of list of curricula and programs concerning prevention of substance misuse and substance use disorders

The Department shall develop, maintain and publish on an Internet website maintained

by the Department a list of evidence-based curricula and programs concerning the prevention

of substance misuse and substance use disorders.
