§ 379.070. Establishment and maintenance
Any free public library which has been established in a city pursuant to chapter 90,
Statutes of Nevada 1895, or any other law prior to July 1, 1967, or which is established
after July 1, 1967, may be maintained and shall be governed by the provisions of NRS 379.070 to 379.120 , inclusive.
