§ 375A.335. Action to prevent or enjoin collection of tax barred

No injunction or other legal or equitable process must issue in any suit, action or

proceeding in any court against this state or any officer of this state to prevent

or enjoin the collection of any tax imposed by NRS 375A.100 .
