§ 370.561. “Warehouse or distribution center” defined
“ Warehouse or distribution center ” means a building in this State which is owned, leased or rented and operated by
a manufacturer, wholesale dealer of cigarettes, wholesale dealer of other tobacco
products or tobacco retail dealer for the temporary storage of cigarettes or other
tobacco products.
