§ 369.176. Exemption from licensing requirement for person selling liquor at execution sale; licensee authorized to purchase liquor at execution sale

1. The provisions of this chapter which authorize the possession or sale of liquor

only by a person who holds a license issued under this chapter do not apply to an

officer or an officer's deputy who sells or offers for sale liquor at a sale under

execution held pursuant to NRS 21.150 . 2. It is not a violation of the provisions of this chapter if a person who holds a

license issued under this chapter purchases any liquor at a sale under execution held

pursuant to NRS 21.150 .
