§ 361.615. Liability of county treasurer for failure to perform duties of trust

Every county treasurer and his or her successor in office, becoming a trustee under

the provisions of this chapter, shall be liable upon his or her official bond for

any misfeasance, malfeasance, failure or neglect to perform faithfully all the duties

of the trust.
