§ 353.240. Governor to submit fiscal details to successor

1. The Governor shall submit to his or her successor in office: (a) A detailed record of all expenditures made in the preceding fiscal year by each

of the departments of the State Government supported by public funds. (b) A record of fund balances, the income to each fund in the State Treasury, and

the record of the sources of income to each fund in the State Treasury from or during

the preceding fiscal year. (c) A statement of the bonded debt and of the obligations and assets of the State

as of the close of the preceding fiscal year. 2. The records and statements required by subsection 1 must be submitted in such form

as to permit the entry of the items in the proposed budget for the Executive Department

of the State Government.
