§ 349.959. Board for Financing Water Projects: Election of Chair; meetings
The Board shall: 1. At its first meeting and annually thereafter elect a Chair from among its voting
members. 2. Meet regularly at least once in each calendar quarter and at other times upon the
call of the Chair.
