§ 349.820. Limitation on personal liability of Director or person acting on his or her behalf
In the absence of fraud, malice or willful misconduct, the Director or any person
acting on his or her behalf is not personally liable on any contracts or other agreements
entered into by him or her pursuant to the program or for any damage or injury resulting
from the performance of his or her duties.
