§ 349.316. Failure of holder to proceed does not relieve State, Commission and officers, agents and employees of State of liability for nonperformance of duties
The failure of any holder of any state securities or any coupons appertaining thereto
so to proceed as herein provided or in such proceedings shall not relieve the State,
the Commission or any of the officers, agents and employees of the State of any liability
for failure to perform or carry out any duty, obligation or other commitment.
