§ 333.339. Prohibition against entering or renewing certain contracts
Any contract that is entered into or renewed pursuant to this chapter may not: 1. Require the filing of any action or the arbitration of any dispute that arises
from the contract to be instituted or heard in another state or nation; or 2. Require the State to indemnify another party against liability for damages.
