§ 293B.275. Record of attendance at instructional meetings: Certification; effect
The county or city clerk shall keep a record of attendance of those election officers
receiving instruction in their duties in connection with the mechanical voting system. The clerk shall certify that the record is a list of election officers who have
been instructed pursuant to NRS 293B.260 . The list, when so certified, is prima facie evidence that the election officers have
been properly instructed in their duties.
