§ 293B.060. Conflicting laws inapplicable

Any provision of an ordinance which conflicts with the provisions of this chapter

does not apply to the districts or precincts in which mechanical voting systems are

used, nor to conduct at a central counting place. All ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this chapter are of no

force or effect in election districts or precincts where mechanical voting systems

are used, nor with respect to conduct at a central counting place.
